Silicon & Copper Phase Retardation Reflectors

These mirrors consist of a high effiency 1/4 wave phase reflectance thin-film coating applied to a highly polished mirror substrate. This specialized coating design changes a linearly polarized CO2 laser beam to a circularly polarized one. Spectral performance is as follows:

Reflectance@10.6 microns and 45 deg. AOI: >98.5% Avg. >98.5% Avg.
