50mm Laser Process Heads

50mm Optical Laser Wrist with Laser Head

Optical Laser Wrist : OLW-50

Our Optical Laser Wrist(s) are designed for multi-axis gantry laser processing machines, laser robots and custom equipment. For profile/bevel cutting, welding/cladding and drilling applications. Each Optical Laser Wrist system is custom assembled as per customer specification. Available in 25mm or 50mm clear apertures for either CO2 or Nd:YAG applications.

Dual axis laser wrists feature two floating mirror mounts in a sealed beam delivery system, collective junction box for electronic and fluid connections and an electrically-interlocked quick-disconnect magnetic coupler to accept various process head styles. Internal crash protection breakaway mechanism and liquid cooled optics available on all models. Interfaces with any CNC. Contains proximity sensor position limits on both axis of rotation.

All Optical Laser Wrist systems include an optic alignment kit. Available with direct, torque tube or slip ring coupling. Use with OW-AF, OLW-SC or OLW-PW laser process head attachment
