Haas Part # G4-50-XYZ-S : 2-Stage X-Y-Z Crash Detection/Protection Unit (Compact Design). Stage 1 permits Up to +/- 10 deg. of deflection. Three Internal, Series Wired Switches Detect and Report the Crash Condition. Stage 2 incorporates a Magnetic Break-away of the Entire Laser Head to Protect the Unit from Damage. Internal Hardened Steel Locating Pads allow the unit to be Precisely relocated back into place. A protective Bellows seals the unit while acting as a tether to support the unit from falling upon a crash break-away condition. Haas Part # G5-50-XYZ-BA : Disposable Break-Away Crash Protection. The unit is designed to allow the break-away of the laser process head from a crash condition. |
